today i was at orchard from 8am to 3pm. no... not shopping, but raising money for the tsunami-affected communities!! yea, i had to skip church because of it but i think its all right cause i dun really get to do this kind of thing too often. it was organised by the singapore international foundation and its actually some youth expedition project thingy. anyway, it was pretty fun toiuring the whole of orchard asking practically everyone "excuse me, would you like to donate to the tsunami-affected countires?". i said that phrase so many times i was soon doing it automatically. still, it was all worth well and my can was quite heavy. though philbert was the undisputed champion with his can being the heaviest of all. the whole experience was actually interesting as you got to meet different kinds of people, some being very selfish, others plain irritating cause they simply 'dao' you and walk away. there was this man who philbert and i approached. after asking him THE question, he turned around and in an exasperated tone said 'Again!?'. lol man. one thing i noticed is that the people who you least expect to give, always seem to give, like the old ladies etc. and the people who you always expect to give walk away... next time, when i see someone raising funds, i will try my best to give because now i know what it feels like to stand under the hot sun and get the cold shoulder from the pedestrians. anyway, got to go off now.. see ya

hello humans, as everyone can see, i have not been updating my blog. however, there is a logical explanation for it because my internet along with msn has screwed up! Social Suicide.....!! lol
just came back from sch where i attempted to train for napfa which is coming soon. since i decided to permanently excuse myslef from hockey, my stamina has deproved quite a bit. thus, i have resolved to run every tues and thurs but i dun know if i ill keep up with it haha.
and guess what? my strawberry plant has flowers!!!!!! and a fruit. for those who dun know, i bought it from oh chin huat farm last year. cool right.... tell me its cool...... you know its cool....

and of course.... OBS camp... how could i miss it, but it has been over for sometime now so a bit awkward to start talking about it right. anyway, obs was great amd i dun mind going again. (i can still see the distinct difference in the colour of my thigh! half is tanned and the other half is milky white)

school has been pretty alright so far except for the chinese book test which did not go too well cause most of us could not finish it in the 1 hour. my maths teacher is mrs ho wai lin and she is really nice la. her actions ar so funny and she knows how to laugh along with us. when han lin said that he had to go to the toilet cause his balls were freezing she laughed too. lol. our form teachers are mrs ong wai lin and mr yip meng fai who are both hilarious characters. though mr yip scolded us during our first CLE period cause nobody was listening to him and we were all talking. miss quah is our eng and lit teacher and that rocks. o, and she even got a local writer to come to our class today to talk to us. so rocking right. mrs yau is our chem teacher and she told us all that expects alot from the 5 prefects in my class. but thats all right cause eltimate elton has no problem coping.
there are still some other teahcers but feeling very sian from this typing so will talk about it another time. for now seeya.
